The word war!! We had to read a book about a war, and I chose "The True Story of Hansel and Gretel". This was a story about two Jewish children hiding under the names of Hansel and Gretel. This book was really good, fast paced, and exciting. We then had to write a spoken word or a rap about it, and I performed a spoken word, which is here.
Exhibition #2!!! Once again, go to my Exhibition (semester 2) tab!
The activism project! We had to read a book on a person who worked for positive social change, and I chose Mary Kay Ash, the book I read being "Miracles Happen". We then had to write a biography on the person, which is here.
Exhibition! Check out my Exhibition (first semester) tab to see what we did!

Fun fact, the statue's foot is kind of worn down, because it is "good luck" to do so, and the students often come over to give it a rub before exams. Supposedly there is a line to rub the shoe around finals!
The Look @ Me Now project!! For this, we had to write about our lives using literary elements, such as foreshadowing to show what we may do when we grow up. For me this was very easy, as I have no problem with writing about myself. For everyone else, this was a challenge because I don't think that they know what
